Green vegy, super-fresh aromas with no suggestion of sweetness. Great balance and - am I crazy here? - a suggestion of green apples on the palate. (Elgin was famous for its apple orchards.) Very light and dancing - a delightfully delicate, dry wine with some persistence. This would make a lovely aperitif. Well done! Good Value. When to drink: 2019-2023. Score - 17 (out of 20).
