Description

Old-vine fruit harvested from two plots on limestone soil as late as possible gives both freshness and depth of flavour. Grassy nettle aromas means you expect classic, green and grassy crunch, but instead the palate is rich, creamy and silky. Still very fresh and young, but with the complexity gained from age. Gently phenolic, with some lovely fresh herbal and wild flower notes, citrus, lots of orange blossom and an almost sherbety, vibrant acidity which is beautifully integrated with the very ripe, tropical fruit and a smooth, creamy richness.
