Valpolicella, one of Italy's iconic wines, is a blend of three grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinaro. Folonari has been producing exceptional wines in the Veneto region since 1825. The hugely popular Folonari Valpolicella is round, ripe and medium-bodied, showing raspberry, wild strawberry and vanilla notes.

Tasting Notes

Valpolicella is the classic red wine of Italy's Veneto region; a blend of local grape varieties that combine to give forward berry fruit and a supple approachable structure. Ruby red in colour, with cherry and spice aromas. On the palate, expect a light body, soft berry flavours and a crisp, food-friendly finish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with pizza, pasta or a platter of salumi with mild cheeses.
