Description

Classic Redbreast Irish Whiskey is elevated to new heights through twenty-one years of ageing. The nose shows a complex bouquet of pineapple, banana, toasted almond and dried fruit. The palate is lush and expressive, highlighted by vanilla, hazelnut, toasted oak and apricot flavours.

Tasting Notes

Pouring an elegant honey colour then opening with aromas of toffee and ginger on the nose; the palate is medium in weight with a viscous texture. Look for flavours of sponge toffee, marmalade, and candied cherry followed by an enduring, lightly spiced finish.
