Instructions

2. Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until it thickens and forms soft peaks. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
3. Once the syllabub has reached the desired consistency, transfer it to serving glasses or bowls.
4. Cover the glasses or bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the syllabub to set.
